ROHM diodes iconROHM Semiconductor has extended its wide range of fast recovery diodes with several new types featuring high efficiency, low noise and minimal loss. This makes ROHM's high efficiency fast recovery diodes ideal for free-wheel PFCs and IGBTs.

 

Those parts are available in Dpack, D2pack and TO220. They provide low Vf,  high speed recovery time and soft recovery characteristics.
