These Breakthrough In Small-Signal (BISS) transistors use low-VCEsat technology and are optimized for reduced power consumption and small footprint. They offer five times better power efficiency and 65% more heat reduction compared to standard general purpose transistors.
They are available in a broad variety for dedicated solutions, including an extensive portfolio of single and double transistors, transistors with integrated resistors, and, most notably, high-voltage formats:
