MCF51CN128 - 32-bit ColdFireŽ Ethernet MCU
MCF51CN128 - 32-bit ColdFireŽ Ethernet MCU
Freescale announced the MCF51CN128 microcontroller, a new addition to the ColdFireŽ Ethernet product portfolio. The MCF51CN128 Ethernet MCUs are low-cost, low-power, high-performance 32-bit devices designed for developers who want to add Ethernet connectivity to their commercial and industrial applications.
The highly integrated MCF51CN devices combine a 10/100 BASE-T/TX fast Ethernet controller (FEC) and media independent interface (MII) to give developers an easy way to connect an external physical layer (PHY) transceiver. These devices also feature a multi-function external bus interface for memory expansion or to connect custom interfaces via programmable logic. Lastly, these devices have multiple communication interfaces for various serial to Ethernet gateway applications.
