Single Level Cell NAND:

SLC products from 128Mbit to 512Mbit are NAND Flash memory ideally conceived for legacy platforms (1-bit error correction code) where key requirements are long-term stability, proven manufacturing process, and longevity.

Memories with densities from 1Gb to 8Gb are ideal to cover long life-cycle applications (4-bit or 8-bit error correction code for current platforms, on-die ECC for older platforms) asking for stability, long-term support and reliability.
1Gb, 2Gb and 4Gb devices are available with a serial interface as well. These specialty NAND products come with the lowest-cost-per-megabit of any Serial Flash solution and provide the highest-density and best write performance utilizing the SPI protocol.

High Density Memories from 16Gb to 256Gb are the typical solutions for embedded applications (4-bit or 8-bit error correction code, depending on technology process) where performance and reliability are still a must have and cost reduction is not a deciding factor.
