NCP3120 - Dual 2.0 A Switching Regulator (200-750 kHz)
The NCP3120 is a dual buck converter designed for low voltage applications requiring high efficiency. This device is capable of producing an output voltage as low as 0.8 V. The NCP3120 provides dual 2.0 A switching regulators with an adjustable switching frequency (200…750 kHz). The Switching frequency is set by an external resistor. The NCP3120 also incorporates an auto-tracking and sequencing feature. Protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limit and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). The NCP3120 comes in a 32-pin QFN package.
The NCP3120 is particularly suited for applications like DSP/uP/FPGA power supplies.
A higher current version (NCP3121 - dual 3 A) and higher frequency versions (NCP3122 - dual 2 A and NCP3123 - dual 3 A) are available.
