The PMA71xx is a single chip solution combining an ASK/FSK multi-band Transmitter for the sub 1 GHz ISM frequency bands with an 8051 microcontroller enhanced by some attractive peripherals. By adding just a few passive externals you can easily implement many sophisticated low-power wireless applications with just a single chip.
