Spartan-6 FPGA Industrial Ethernet Kit
The Spartan®-6 FPGA Industrial Ethernet Kit is a comprehensive design environment for rapid prototyping and development of leading edge industrial applications in connectivity, industrial control, and embedded processing.
The kit comes with the Avnet Spartan-6 LX150T FPGA development board and a daughter card that supports multiple real-time industrial Ethernet protocols and legacy serial connectivity, the Embedded Edition of the Xilinx ISE® Design Suite, and a Beckhoff EtherCAT® Targeted Reference Design.
Out of the box, the kit enables OEMs and engineers to produce more reliable designs with shorter cycles and fewer resources. Future add-ons for the Industrial Ethernet Kit will offer additional daughter cards and application-specific reference designs to enable faster time to market for designing real-time networking and precision time protocol applications.
