M25PX - Serial Flash for Code and Data Storage

This new sub-sector erase serial Flash family is offered with dual I/O and paves the way to mulitple I/O technology.

 

Designed to address the needs of applications requiring higher clock frequency, the M25PX family combines an unprecedented level of technical performance - such as improved speed of operation over the entire supply voltage range, as well as extended temperature range - confirming Numonyx leadership in the Serial Flash market.

 

This family is ideal for applications such as set-top-boxes, digital flat panels, optical disk drives, computers and printers.
