i.Evolution Development Board with i.MX35

i.Evolution is the first low cost universal modular development board supporting Freescale's i.MX35 (ARM11) and i.MX27 (ARM9) product family on same mother board. The full featured base board included in the kit can be used with all PHYTEC-i.MX-family modules.

 

Nevertheless all signals from the different modules are routed to the base board via an intermediate board – called Mapper. This innovative technology allows full usage of the individual module functionality of all i.MX-family members on the identical base board.

 

This development board is designed to reduce customers’ application time-to-market offering a wide range of peripherals, large memory size, LCD display and innovative modular construction, which makes it to THE ideal tool for development of computing applications based on ARM9 and ARM11 architectures, using Linux and/or WinCE operating system.
